I started this Web site to learn about Web publishing back in the late 90s. The first edition of the site was actually created with FrontPage 97 (remember when trendy graphics included spinning globes and mailboxes which say "mail").  Internet technology has come a long way since then.  I've kept up with the site to experiment with the ever-changing technology, especially ASP and other database code.  Whenever I become familiar with something, a new language or material modification makes whatever I have learned obsolete.  But it's still fun.  I write often, so come back frequently to get up to speed on commentary on law, politics and society.
